Why does my battery drain while it is switched off?

Battery drains while switched off - please help

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my battery draining completely when I switch my SP 4 off (no sleep or hibernate). This is my report, I can't make sense of it, some of the numbers seem astronomical. Could someone please help me interpret this? Thank you so much!

There are other threads about it which will give you more information but what I did to solve it was:
- disable windows hello
- disable fast turn-on
