why the apps data is double when i download a game from windows 10 store?

Thanks for posting but you should know that we are not Microsoft we are "just" a fan bases website.
So please use the windows feedback app to inform Microsoft. And you should be aware that it is a Technical Preview so (far) from perfect.
So basically you live with the imperfections or roll back to WP 8.1 and wait for the official W10 for mobile.
