Why does my device flicker every 3 seconds?

Mij device flickers every 3 seconds, lumia 640 windows 10 mobile

The screen of my windows mobile device will flickr every 3 seconds. I did a factory reset but the problem still exist.

Sounds like a hardware issue, you may need to return it for replacement or repair.

I strongly suggest you to take the device to the nearest Microsoft authorized service center for an inspection, as they would be the one to confirm of a hardware failure if any. If under warranty you might get a free replacement or servicing.
