Why does my installed apps fail to load?

I updated to Build 10512 of Windows 10 Mobile and it runs smoothly. But when I opened Facebook, Instagram BETA and other installed apps, they only show Resuming then return to the start screen. Is this normal for the post-update migration provess or do I need to reinstall them all? Thanks!

You can go for a soft reset, check again, but ultimately you might have to go for a hard reset it's always a good idea to hard reset after a recent update
