Why does my Lumia 535 front camera have green, red and blue pixelated spots?

This is only for the front camera, so I know that it isn't a dead pixel. I haven't dropped my phone, and it's out of warranty so Microsoft will not fix it. For a short period of time it was fine again, and then now it is back to little green and red spots.

I have also lumia 535 with windows 10 build 10586..i also got this trouble for many time...when this occur
I restart my phone and problem solved...
