Why does my Lumia 540 keep asking for my family set up?

my lumia 540 asking for my family set up

my lumia 540 asking for my family set up everytime i try to update app but i didn't change anything in this setting and when i open my family setting it says

It says?? In any case.. jump to a PC > head over to http://account.microsoft.com/family/about > check if your account is added as an "adult" account or maybe even "child" account > Remove it if needed
