Why does my Lumia 635 vibrate when it gets plugged in?

My Lumia 635 device vibrates when it gets plugged in

I did a system recovery since I had a previous issue with my device, I updated all the way up to the latest 8.1 update and this issue started to occur. Previously, it wouldn't vibrate when I put my charger into the port. It would just light up.

there might be settings about vibration in extras
