My Lumia 640 LTE is often random reboots

Hello,

Do you know if there is any update firmware for experience random reboots on my lumia 640 ?

I have seen that there is an update for Lumia 930.
What version firmware that is working fine on Lumia 640 LTE dual SIM ?
Do I have to send to repair central to make firmware update ?

It should be an OTA update but if you can not get it you could go to the nokia care centre or use the WIndows Phone Recovery Tool.

I have already tried Recovery Tool on Windows Phone site but no luck.
I still got some time a reboot without reason.

Do you which version firmware I should get ?

i installed the update on l640 lte, but the phone still randomly reboots.. it is a little disapointing to me

Mine started rebooting also, so I regretfully had to send it back.

Same here. Stop Restart app says phone is ok. Phone update says I am up to date.

If random reboots persist after Recovery Tool use, I would send back the phone for service. Should be fairly painless - my 830 is currently in the shop for the same reason.

Same here on my brand new 640. (Stop Restart app says phone is ok...) After the latest update the thing just hung on the microsoft logo. Returned the *****, very dissapointed after years with good experiences with my nokia 620

I would've gone for warranty service. (and I did) since its obviously a defective unit.
