Why does My lumia 720 always shows slide down to power off?

My lumia 720 device always shows slide down to power off.
it is really frustating to use it. Also it never switches off, it some how gets switched on again.

Please let me know if there is any solution to my problem.

The power button is gone.Nokia care will repair it for you at rs 400 only
