Why does my Lumia 735 screen dims onto a white background?

Lumia 735 Screen dimms on white background

Just bought new 735 and have problem with screen dimming.
When browsing web page it seems like the screen brightness is "pulsating" in 5-10 second cycles (bright-medium-bright-medium).

I've turned out autobrightness, battery saver, rebooted phone and even did hard reset.
Nothing seems to work.
Anyone got ideas?

I have the same issue, its a hardware problem, qualcomm has BRITE feature, what reduces screen brigthness when cpu overheating, i think its a faulty mobo or cpu problem,
