what cause my Nokia lumia 925 3D glitches and screen problem ?

i have bought a refurbished nokia lumia 925 ( french mobile operator -sfr- without warranty) but certified to be totaly new and never used before by the seller and i think it's true since there was any trace of use.
the problem appear since the first use, the menu, pic and videos display was ok but when i launch a 3D game ( and in some 2D game too) there is like a dynamic contrast and details lost each 1~2 sec, color become dull and details disappears and the picture returns to normal and so on..., it's really frustrating especially with high speed game like sonic dash or racing games for exemple.
second problem is that the black supposed to be perfect is as best very dark and sometimes become realy lighter (like dark grey) instead of true black ( remarked in low light or dark/totally dark room), plus the brightness isn't constant, sometimes the brightness and colors are perfect and sometimes it's less bright with less vibrant colors even i disable automatic brightness and set it to medium.
i have disabled economic battery too.
i have tried many complet reset (from options) and update to last firmware but this 3D glitchs appear suddently most of the times, restart don't resolve the problem, the phone can display clean 3D picture but only occasionaly and for short time.
I would to know what is the defective part ?! i'm suspecting a bad GPU causing artefacts when heating ( like a bad PC GPU card ) !
i can use my lumia 925 for surfing, calling, music and videos but i'm avoiding most of 3D games because it's too frustrating.
what do you advice me to do ?

You should return the phone if possible and get a newer phone for the price (depends on how much you paid)

unfortunately, i bought a refurbished lumia 925 without any guarantee and there is no trace of the seller on the merchant website now, i have bought my refurbished 925 lumia but normally used for 120 dollars and i'm asking myself if this hidden defect was the reason for this low price ?!
I have finally understand what and when this display problem appear, everytime the phone become too hot (in 3D games like sonic dash for example after 5/10 minute only) the picture become unstable by contrast variation and textures lost, i must let the phone until the full heat dissipation so the 3D/2D display returns to normal.
since the problem concerns the SOC itself i don't see any repair possibility, the mother board cost is too high.
The only solution i can try is a special smartphone cooling pad ( graphite pad ) perhaps the problem will occur less rapidly.

I am sorry to know that you cannot return your phone. Can't you reach out to the website and file for a claim if possible? For $120, I would have suggested getting a 640, has a newer SOC and would get more support from MS.

it's been a while i have not been here, thanks you for the response, after some reading i regret have chosen the lumia 925 and as you advised me the 640 will have surely better support.
i have contacted the seller and as i expected he told to me that the phone was totally new and have never been tested before and without guarantee there is no option for replacement or refund.
Do you think that i can try something with the hardware ( perhaps changing the display cable or the dissipator ), i'm curious to know the origin of the problem, do you think that this display problem can't be solved (bad SOC perhaps ? ) and will always be here ?
