My Nokia 735 switches screen off during a call then won't come back on again

I believe this is dust getting in by the sensor and have blown away with a spray air can but comes back again shortly after - I have returned the phone to Orange (SP) but believe all they will do is clean it and return it so the problem will come back - this is surely a design fault - anybody have any ideas? My phone is only 2 months old and I don't want to keep sending it back

Maybe ask for an explicit replacement whether of the parts in the area or the phone itself?

Have you tried MS as well? Probably some manufacturing defect in your phone.
