My Nokia Lumia 1020 update keeps failing
The update keeps failing and the message "process1 initialization failed" keeps coming up on a blue screen. I have reset the device a number of times by depressing the volume and power buttons but the same message keeps coming up. Each time the phone keeps restarting, displaying the spinning gears and shutting down again. Any advice?
