Why does my One Drive sync always stops (Win 8.1)?

One Drive syncing always stops (Win 8.1)

Hi
i tried every troubleshoot guide i found on the net to get it finally working but when i /reset my onedrive it starts syncing just a few MB and then stops.
All processes are still running!
Its around ~7GB of Images (.jpg) i want to Backup

Someone experienced the same issue?

How long have you left it trying to sync? It can take several days to look like it's doing something (my guess is that by /Reset you'll have to wait for both client and cloud to catalog all their contents and then work out what needs replicating to where).

There's been a few Windows Updates to (try to) fix it. Have you installed all available updates?

I tried 3 times over night, the maximum i uploaded was 300 MB then it stopped and didnt start again.

One Drive Debug tool found that i have to activate my UAC. so i activated it and now it doesnt find a problem.
All Windows Updates installed.
