why does my phone not fully start up?
Ok, so ive had my windows phone for a little over a year now and as of recent it has been bugging out. what happens is it will start up and show the nokia logo, then the blue windows phone logo for about 5-8 seconds then turn black, vibrate, and repeat. Another thing, i cannot download a update that is bigger than my internal memory and my micro sd cards dont work in the slightest. please help, im desperate. Nokia Lumia 720 i think. it has a thin blue piece of plastic for a case and its removable.
