Why does my screen blink while streaming or looking at a video?

After a recent upgrade on my Lumia 830, my screen would blink whenever I stream any video content. The video displays properly, but if I were to touch the screen or volume button then the screen begins to blink randomly. Audio plays perfectly throughout. If I push the Back <- button the video replays perfectly again, until I touch the screen or volume button, etc. I cannot exit the stream by using the Back button, the stream simply restarts.

If you're running build 14291 or 295, this is a common issue.. Hopefully it will be fixed with the next update
