Windows Phone 10 Update Hangs

Hi all,

I'm trying to update Lumia 620 to windows 10 Build 10.0.10166.0 from 149 but it is not downloading and unable to cancel update also.

Please help me to cancel the update.

You can't cancel update once started! Oh wait, as a matter of fact you can, the only solution is hard reset AFAIK...

In some thread I read that you will have to roll back to win 8.1 before you can install 10166...not sure though... Try other things before ultimately doing this.
