Why does QI charging still not work correctly after .107

My L950 hase FW 15506.02015 and it will only charge correctly with my DT903 pad. It will not charge correctly with my DT901 stand or my CR 201 car charger. Just last night I had it sitting in the stand from 11pm to 7 am and, whilst the little white light was illuminated, it never charged any. Why can MS not get this fixed?

My 950 charges fine on both of my dt901s most of the time. I do notice that sometimes, the phone would get toasty and the dt901 is blinking and not charging.
