Why does SP3 Wi-Fi no longer connect after Fall Update?

Installed version 1511 this evening and now my SP3 will not connect via Wi-Fi. Device can see the network and claims it is "connected, secure" but there is no connectivity. Airplane mode is off, Wi-Fi is on, already restarted the wireless modem. Never had this problem before with any device.
