Why does the Microsoft health app keep crashing after the Lumia Denim update?

Every time I open the Microsoft health app it says we're just finishing a few things and then closes the app making it unusable same happens when I open windows insider. It might be the same problem not sure.

It may be a bug during migrating, try reinstalling these apps!

I tried the reinstalling the apps and I checked the region and language still not sure what to do.
