Why does the screen not light up on the Surface RT
I have a surface RT that has been in the original box for 1 & 1/2 years and used once. Can see screen with a flashlight. Took to best buy for restart and it worked. Got home and turned on and same problem. Warranty is out. Probably defective but a shame that it was not used so should work.
