Why doesn't my app store open every time I try to access it?

why my app store does not open ever time i try to?

I m using lumia 730 denim update. i m having problem with the app store from the time i bought it. when i try to open app store it shows that we're having trouble connecting at the moment please try after a while.

Please ensure you have a good data connection and you've signed into store using your Microsoft account.
If you have these already done then the next step would be to do a reset. It should definitely work after a reset but if it doesn't them head to your nearest Microsoft service centre.
