Lumia 530 does not start up
exactly how im not sure but a message came up that said "to switch off swipe down" my mom was using the phone at the time,and she did what the notification told her since then it will not start up at all.the phone was not even a week old at the time so she took it back to the provider who then told her that unauthorised repairs was done on the unit and that they cant help. This however is not the case as she only had it a week.what can we do to fix it?
