Why doesn't my Lumia 640 dual sim switch on?

Lumia 640 dual sim does not switch on

Since a few days ago i have noticed that my lumia 640 does not turn on when pressing the on / off button. I could feel it vibrate, but fails to turn on. However when i connect it to the charger it does turn on and can use it normally.

Has anyone experienced this problem, and if solved how?

While plugged in power and vol down leave it to charge.
