Windos Phone 8.1 doesn't stream music
I got an error "Sorry, not able to play this song..." when trying to play any song that is NOT downloaded to the device. Tried it with Xbox collection or music I store on my OneDrive, same result. But if it was already synced to the device (through synced playlist), it plays fine. Same songs that don't play on phone play on desktop (Groove, Windows 10) without any problems.
Device: HTC 8X
Music Pass: Active
Connection: Tried both Wi-Fi and cellular, same result
