Why doesn't the start button and bar load after Windows 10 installation?

start button and bar do not load after windows 10 installation

Picture came up, enter password, but start button and bar at bottom of screen do not come up

Its a bug with Windows 10. Microsoft did patch it a via a update but I still experience it, albeit a lot less. Hopefully it will get ironed out soon with the upcoming Threshold update.
