Why doesn't Video Poker 10 overlap screen parts?

Video Poker 10 started overlapping screen since July '19 - why? My screen is showing cards just below display of points for a straight. I can't get to all features. I have a screen pic which I would be glad to send to you.

Yes, the screen pic would be great! Is it running in a window? Are you able to make it full. It may also be your display resolution, did you try changing that?
