Why don't I have any sound coming from my speaker?

there is no sound coming from my speaker

Hi guys I hope someone can help. I replaced the screen (Digitilizer) on my nokia lumia 630 and when I put it back together there is no sound coming from the speaker. Has anyone got any idea what may be wrong?? Thank you in advance for any feedback.
