Why GLOSSY white?

Am I the only one who would rather have a matte white 900? I feel like gloss will show scratches and wear better than matte would.

It is glossy because, since it is white, it will "capture" any dust particles and begine to discolor if it is a matte finish, since they are pourous. The gloss finish protects the color, although I do agree, that it will show scratches easier, but will be better against fingerprints, and easy to clean.

When I had my iPhone 3GS, it was white, and I loved it. When I got my iPhone 4, they hadn't announced the white model yet. So I've had a black phone since. Time to go back. Plus it's dead sexy.
