why has my screen frozen wont even let me turn it off BLU Win HD LTE not been dropped just froze

just went to unlock its
and screens frozen only 4 mths old

The cause is probably a process that won't resolve.

Try a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).

Soft Reset is a good first use tool to solve all kinds of glitches. Like they say: "Glitch Happens!" :winktongue:
