I have a toshiba lap top that's about 2years old. It started freaking out with. Lite blue screen, I rebooted and then the keyboard wouldn't work. Again rebooted and the key board then worked. As I logged in it wouldn't open windows, it just kept spinning. Rebooted again and now windows is gone. Although my screen is still the same. Can anybody help, please?

Do you have a recovery disk? You'll need to boot from something to see what's happened. . .

My suggestion is to do a Clean Install.
You seem to have some major problems, i.e. blue screen.

1. Get a working computer and use the link below to download your version of Windows 10 ISO file.
https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...Fsoftware-download%2Fwindows10&token=KX-uBjNY
*** make sure you select the SAME edition, language and bit-version as the Win 10 you were using.

2. Once the iso file is downloaded and saved at the computer > right click at it > click Burn Disk Image > insert a DVD > click Burn.
That will get you a bootable Win 10 DVD.

3. Take the DVD to your Toshiba laptop > turn on the laptop > immediately start press F12 key until you see a Boot Menu on screen > set the boot order/sequence to CD/DVD > insert the DVD > reboot.
Note : there are reports that some Toshiba users are unable to access Boot Menu by using F12 key. If that happens to you, you will have to go to Toshiba support forum and ask the folks about that.

Otherwise, Clean Install will begin.
You will be asked for a product key. Just click the SKIP option or the "I do not have a product key" option and continue.

After clean install is completed, check to make sure you are activated.
You will be a little behind on the build #.
The current Win 10 is version 1607 (OS Build 14393.969).
That will be taken care of by Windows update which will bring you up to date.

Good luck.
