Why hasn't my Lumia 1020 LED turned on since yesterday and not turned of after switch off?

help! my lumia 1020 led is turned on since yeasterday.and not turned of after switch off .

my lumia 1020 led flash is on since last day.and untill now i am not able to turned off.i tried to switch off and tried to factory reset. but led is not turned off.so please tell me this is hardwere or softwere problem.

If the factory reset didn't help you could try to completely reset it using Windows Phone Recovery Tool: How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? ? Troubleshooting ? Questions and Answers - Microsoft - USA

If that stil doesn't help it's probably hardware related and you should get it repaired by microsoft or your retailer
