Why hasn't my Lumia 830 received Windows 10 yet?

My Nokia Lumia 830 haven't get windows 10 update jet. Updates must be already began for several month ago, and it's almost Mai now... When I finally can get updates??

You should download UpgradeAdvisor app from Store and launch it. If you can't find it in store, access the URL on your phone and it should work.

If your 830 is Carrier Branded, they are waiting for the Carrier to approve the Upgrade.

Is there a difference in waiting for the upgrade and installing Windows Insider to upgrade the phone slow build?

To install w10 you need upgrade advisor app.

I got tired of waiting for ATT to release Win 10. I upgraded to production ring myself. Seems Ok so far.

On june 3, when AT&T announced W10 update for Lumia640 I upgraded it to W10. I am not actually with AT&T, I am with cricket but L640 was a goPhone so it it's AT&T branded. It got W10 update and it was not a surprise for me. My primary phone is unlocked/non-branded Lumia 830 RM-985 with Cricket SIM card. So i pressed Update Phone and nothing. I ran Upgrade Adviser again (I did this perhaps hundred times before) and to my surprise the very last page this time was different. I went back to Update Phone and i started loading Windows 10. One thing is strange. Am I the only one who received W10 on L830? Windows Central had no information about this. The other strange thing that my L830 is non-branded.
