Why hasn't Snapchat taken action against 6snap?

I think it's interesting that Snapchat hasn't done anything about 6snap yet. They were pretty quick to get Swapchat removed, but it has been more than a few months and they've done nothing about 6snap. Maybe they'd rather not deal with us WP users complaining? I think they wanted Swapchat removed because they were planning on giving us an official app, only to find out that WP did not support everything that they needed. Hopefully the 8.1 update changes that and we can get an official app.

What do you guys think?

Wasn't there privacy concerns regarding Swapchat?

6snap is awesome I am glad it's there because I use it fairly often since just about everyone I know has android and iphones

if you look at it, 6snap is actually more true to the snapchat philosophy than snapchat on other platforms. On android and iOS developers can't really prevent screenshots (allthough they can apparently detect screenshots and notifiy the sender of the snap), somehow Rudy managed to prevent screenshots on 6snap.
