Why have all my contacts been replaced by someone else's?

All my contacts replaced by someone else's!

I've had my phone in for repair as it was glitching. It was returned and worked fine for a couple of days and then all my contacts disappeared and have been replaced by someone else's. No of my contacts are showing i can see their photos, emails, msgs etc. Please help!

Check email+ accounts... Whether it is your details
