Why have all of my apps gone, including the main ones?

all apps gone including main ones?

I just installed the 10166 build on my lumia 1020 and after sometime the start screen did not appear only black screen saying loading .i tried hard reset and now there are only 4-5 apps on my phone, no call no store nothing?what should i do?

It is expected that your phone will lose most of the apps installed on it after a hard reset, but the store and phone "apps" should still be present.

At any rate, at this point in time, you may want to roll your phone back to WP 8.1
