Why haven't I got Cortana in India after the Denim update on my Lumia 525?

Still not getting Cortana in India after Denim update in Lumia 525

After the denim update didn't get Cortana, saying not available in your region with the language you have chosen.
There used to be a dedicated 525 forum here, but can't find it, maybe I missed it.
