Why I am getting error 'Device is charging slowly' in my Win10 Phone?

This is error 'Device is charging slowly' since the day I have updated my Lumia 535 device to Win10. All the times when I connect charger it says 'Device is charging slowly' and in the background when I look into the battery percentage I found its not even charging. Please help...

You shouldn't be getting that message if you are using the charger that came with your 535.

Hhmm.. Coincidentally, my wife's 1520 started to charge really slow. I thought, the battery was going.. So I tried a few options. The problem, I deduced, was due to the cable, probably damaged contact points. Got a new cable, and it's Ok now
