Windows Central Question

Why did I put up with my computer having unpredictable start up times from 48 minutes to several hours, and finally won't start up at all? Why did I endure the stress of not being able to get through to Windows 10 technical support? Why after many tries did I endure two level one technicians who did not have the expertise to deal with my black screen?

48 minute start up? Really? So you like just sat there for 48 minutes waiting for your pc to start up?

re:

After 5 to 10 minutes, that should have been enough to figure out that there was a PC/OS issue, and looked into fixing it.

Idd never noticed this.. Maybe his desktop was black for awhile and he left it like that?

There are solutions for that tho..

Or he has many programs set to boot up with the pc?
