Why is Cortana self-engaging when I sit in silence?

Lately Cortana seems to be very eager to help. She always just starts and no one said Hey Cortana. In fact I am sitting at my desk and no one is speaking at all. Anyone else have this issue with the latest production build? This is on my Lumia 950 btw

Cortana is great if your going to constantly use her help but in a situation like your I would advise you to shut Cortana off to avoid this from happening unless your going to use her services
