Why is Family guy quest for stuff greyed out?

I love this game and just wont reinstall it. Has anyone experienced this problem or with any other tile. I just want to know what this means?

Yes. Twice. Both times it took about two days and it was fine. Didn't lose any progress either. It just started working on its own. No idea what the problem is though. But I hadn't reinstalled, just waited on the app to start working.

Same here - twice. I took out the SD card the first time & scanned it for errors (none found), replaced it & it worked. This time, not so much. I'm hoping it'll come back soon - I'm just about to unlock Brian...
