Why is Microsoft making Contact labels un-editable on Windows Phones?

I mean those Mobile 1, mobile 2 etc, we can't change them to out own labels that can remind us about the number. e.g. would want them to be editable to:

Mobile 1 to Manager

mobile 2 to Secretary

Work 1 to Reception

Because these are the fields that sync to your outlook.com account for contact information.

but that can be done behind the scenes, for example field 1 which is mobile 1 linked to what ever field xxx on outlook.com
