why has microsoft pulled apps like glance background, tetra lockscreen, lumia storage check, my nokia, my lumia and other great apps from store... i did hard reset and now can't install them again, and other good apps, like gift voucher, sophielens for nokia, ...

Glance appears to be due for a re-invention of sorts with Windows 10 Mobile. Tetra Lockscreen was just a demonstration app that suffered from crashes and wasn't stable enough to be released properly. Nokia Storage check is now obsolete (gives misleading figures) and has been replaced by Storage Check.

Sophielens isn't a Microsoft app, so you'll need to ask the developer. I'm not sure you can term this as "pushing away customers". Life moves on, old apps get discontinued, new ones replace the old...
