Why is my Cortana putting everything in a web search?

Cortana is acting Weird!

Finally Denim update has arrived in India! and after installing the update Cortana suddenly started acting lame! for example:
1. While asking "Do I need an umbrella it is putting up a web search"
2. When I'm asking about a celebrity (e.g: Who is Lady Gaga?) again it is putting up a web search

Lol if im not mistaking then she is Alpha in your region If you want to see her true power then switch to US or try the many tips users have posted here (WC has a lot of articles)

Just a quick search will turn up a lot of hits

I have set my region to US, previously when I asked cortana "will it rain"? cortana would give me a proper answer but from yesterday I get a web search.

And if you ask her to simply say your name? or to open any random app?

I checked today and Cortana gave me a proper answer for "Will it rain?" I also asked cortana "Who is the ceo of Microsoft ?" She replied "Satya Nadella" with voice and not a web search.

Yes, not all of us have these issues it's a hit or miss for some
