Why is my headphone doesnot sound in Nokia lumia 1520?

I am using Nokia Lumia 1520 and I cannot hear sound from headphone but the phone sounds even when I connect headphones. There is no any symbols of connected headphone in screen. I have tried all the options like resetting, audio settings and restarting the phone. Is there any problem with audio flex or audio transmission? vibration is also not working too what should I do?

Did you try using a different set of headphones?

As for the vibration feature, this could be a hardware-level fault which only a service center can fix.
