regarding lumia 520 rebooting
iam using lumia 520 10166 build and my phone it is continously restarting "i have performed hard reset and normal reset in the phone even though the spinning gears were not coming" and i have tried to rollback 8.1 with windows phone recovery 2.1.1 it is showing operation failed!!! i have tried installing recovery tool to other pc iam experiencing same issue plz do respond
