Why is my Lumia 520 missing a setting?

Hello, I am attempting to access my mobile network settings in order to turn my data on. I have tried to find the setting following the tutorials. It says to press settings and then press mobile network to turn the data on and off, and to choose 3g 4g etc. However, there is no mobile network option under settings on my Lumia 520. Thank You for any help you can offer.

you have to go to mobile + SIM

I think it's listed as cellular and not mobile, haven't got my phone here to check though.

Go to SETTING > mobile + SIM > there is a setting to switch on / of the mobile data.
And if you to SIM settings you can toggle between 3G/4G
