Why is my Lumia 535 getting so heated?

Lumia 535 getting heated

Just 2 days ago I bought my lumia 535. But within 5 minutes of talking, the head phone area getting heated. Can u pls suggest anything?

You could try a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots.
