Lumia 620 8.10.14219.341 update crashing the OS

I have a Lumia 620. I got the prompt for 8.10.14219.341 update yesterday, but when I installed it the phone stuck on the gear animation screen for hours. Nokia Care said they have to reinstall the OS as the OS crashed. Today I got the phone with WP 8.1 OS reinstalled. In the evening I again got the prompt for update, the gear screen is running since last 4 hours. Any suggestions? Why is it happening? What should I do?

Plug the phone into the charger, then soft reset the phone (vol down + lock/power button; hold down until the phone turns off and vibrates).

This will take you back to the updating process; wait 30 minutes to check if it gets stuck again.
