Why is my Lumia 820 touch screen going crazy and opening applications on its own?

I have lumia 820 and Its Touch Screen going crazy and open application from its own.

I did the hard reset and soft reset and I'm on Lumia cyan latest update preview for developers. Please Help me !!!!!
